Enoch Cree Nation Protective Services is reminding all members that the Amended & Restated Community Standards Bylaw #2025-100-CSB is now in effect. The amended bylaw includes provisions related to ATV and off-highway vehicle safety, helping promote safe and responsible riding throughout the Nation.
All operators and passengers are reminded to wear approved safety helmets when operating off-highway vehicles, unless riding in a properly equipped side-by-side with a roll cage and seatbelts in use. Riders must also ensure their vehicles are registered, insured, and operated in accordance with traffic and safety regulations.
Enoch Cree Nation encourages all members to review the ATV Safety information and help keep our trails, roads, families, and community safe.
