ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT – CLOSED (INTERNAL) COMPETITION

Job Purpose

• Provides administrative support to the Office Coordinator, focusing on scheduling, • Correspondence, documentation tracking and filing, and day-to-day office needs.

Education, Experience and Requirements

• Administrative experience is a must.
• High School Diploma is an asset.
• Communication and organizational skills are a must.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in reception, administrative support, or a similar role.

Working Conditions

• Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday, 830 – 430 (with a one-hour paid lunch break); flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Primary location: Enoch Cree Nation Band Office, with occasional travel to various sites.
• Physical fitness required (ability to walk, climb stairs, lift up to 50 lbs, etc.).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
• Must sign and adhere to the Enoch Cree Nation Confidentiality Agreement upon hire.
