BRANCH REPRESENTATIVE – OPEN COMPETITION

Job Purpose

A Branch Representative is a key person within the human resources function of an organization. Principally, the Branch Representative is responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations, which means that they manage the administration of the policies, procedures and programs of the organization.

Education, Experience and Requirements

• Have a clear Criminal Record Check.
• Sign the Confidentiality Agreement during Orientation.
• Ability to analyze and present information in such a way that is understood by everyone within the organization.
• Extremely well organized and methodical in your approach to problem solving and be able to manage filing/database systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong understanding of Alberta Employment Standards and Human Rights.
• Understand the legalists of business law in relation to HR and employee employment rights and how to apply them within your day-to-day work, company policy documentation and staff.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work in high pressure situations.
• Must be able to operate Microsoft Office and be familiar with any other software pertinent.
• Human Resources or related Degree.
• 5 plus years’ experience in a Human Resources setting

Working Conditions

The Branch Representative will work in an office environment and is required to work 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. While adhering to the Enoch Cree Nation Human Resources Policy & Procedure Manual.
