Job Purpose
The Family Well-Being Intake Worker is a professional who serves as first point of contact for all new clients at the MNN facility. Ultimately, you will work directly with clients to gather their information for the Family Well-Being Intake Form. The Intake Worker will enter their information digitally once eligibility for services is established. In the event the potential client is not eligible a referral will be completed once the Family Well-Being Supervisor reviews the intake.Education, Experience and Requirements
•Must have computer experience in word processing and use of templates to fulfill administrative tasks.
•Has experience and demonstrates clear verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
•High School Diploma
•Two or more years’ experience in a health care, social services or any other helping agency working asan administrative assistant or receptionist.
•Any further education would be an asset.
•Has experience dealing with difficult clients
Working Conditions
The Family Well-Being Intake Worker will work in office for a total of 40 hours a week. 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. May be required to work some evenings and weekends. While adhering to the Enoch Cree Nation Human Resources Policy & Procedure Manual.
