Requesting Repairs
If something in your home requires fixing, Enoch Housing Authorities can help. To initiate a work order, you can speak with the friendly EHA front desk staff on reserve or reach out to the off reserve contacts. After logging your repair request, you are also able to check its status with whomever you submitted it to. Be advised that while EHA is committed to resolving housing-related repairs, septic and water are not included.

Home Renovation Subsidy Program
If you are ready to upgrade your home, you may apply for the Home Renovation Subsidy Program and Enoch Housing Authority will provide up to $21,000 for eligible services. Simply find a qualified contractor, determine the scope of work, sign contracts and provide this information to EHA to receive financing. This program is available on a first come first served basis for ECN Band and Section 10 Units on and off reserve. Please note that only Band Member-owned units off reserve are eligible.

EHA Rent Subsidy Program
In an effort to provide financial relief to renters in The Nation, Enoch Housing Authority offers the Rent Subsidy Program. After your application has been approved, they will provide first month’s rent and damage deposit every two years, plus $500 per month to go toward rental costs. Only Band Members are eligible for this program.
